Want to know where your order is? Follow the steps below to track your shipment in real time.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- A tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
Step 2: Track Your Package
Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually to see the latest delivery status.
Step 3: Allow Time for Updates
- Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear.
- International orders may take longer to update depending on the carrier and destination country.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Can't Find Your Tracking Info?
- Check your spam or junk folder for the shipping confirmation email.
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
- If your order was placed recently, it may still be processing — see our Order Cut-Off Time page.
